1. Liaison Executives
The job involves liaisoning with various offices and corporate bodies at all levels, also with several affiliates and lawyers across the country, and reporting to team leaders / Manager. The person should be extrovert, well behaved, cool headed, inquisitive, helpful, team member with ability to express himself / herself very strongly, and able to carry oneself.

2. Public Relations Executives
The job involves maintaining contacts with various offices and courts at all levels, across the country, and reporting to team leaders / Manager. The person should be having a very pleasing personality, be extrovert, well behaved, cool headed, inquisitive, go getter and team member, extremely hard working, with a capacity to deliver results under all circumstances and always in the shortest time span.

3. Back Office Staff
The job involves not only maintaining the backbone support to the field staff but also keep the communications line working round the clock, and may involve trouble shooting and fire-fighting for distress calls from across the globe. The person should be understanding, helpful, with quick reflexes, soft spoken, team member, and hard working with deep knowledge in a few spheres of computer operations.

Executives (coordination and support) [CAS]: 5
Executive (Operations) [OPR]: 3
The primary qualification for these posts are basic graduation with slightly more than basic knowledge of computer operations, preferably with further qualification in management. Knowledge and qualifications in other fields shall be an added advantage and obtain preference in employment.
The emoluments for the jobs shall be commensurate with qualification and experience and result oriented, and shall not be a constraint for the proper candidates.
Note : Some of these jobs may involve extensive traveling including tours.
4. Junior Advocates
Qualified lawyers with 1 to 3 years experience in any court or legal field, with command over written and spoken languages, analytical brains, capacity to learn quickly and grasp the intricacies and express oneself boldly.
5. Apprentice Advocates
Fresh law graduates (including the ones who have appeared for their final examinations and expect to clear the same) with willingness to work hard and learn the basics of being a lawyer.
Presently we have not set any upper limit to the number of these partners in progress, but it does involves a bit of outstation traveling and stay on occasions.
The primary qualification for these posts are basic degree in law with knowledge of computer operations, more particularly word processors and internet. After a few years they may be absorbed in the management and eventually also head the company.
